Join us for a magical Ice Cave Encounter with Santa and Mrs Claus!

We’re very excited to tell you what we’ve got planned this year, Santa, Mrs Claus and the helpful little elves will be visiting us here at the Centre from Saturday 26^th November.

They will be wrapped up warmly in our fabulous ice cave, a magical experience like no other. You will be greeted by Santa’s little elves who will be serving delicious treats such as warm mince pies, popcorn and mulled wine treats, there will be songs and stories from Santa and Mrs Claus, plus a reading from the Naughty and Nice list! It will have you giggling into your mulled wine, before having your festive photograph and a special visit to the Toy Cabin to collect your gift!

The Centre will open at 9am during Grotto days, please arrive at the ice-cave 5 minutes prior to your booking.

The performances will start in November and be held throughout December, on the following dates:

Friday 16th December (Special date for very for little ones)

Saturday 17^th December

Tuesday 20^th December

Wednesday 21^st December

Thursday 22^nd December

Friday 23^rd of December

Child Tickets: £12.50 per child. Adult Tickets: £4 per adult.

All ages are welcome at any of the listed dates, however, we have a special under 5’s date – where we have adapted the show slightly for very little ones.

Please note: All children must be accompanied by an adult. Due to space restrictions, we can only allow 2 adults per child booking.

No tickets are sent out for this event, your order confirmation will act as your ticket.
