If you’re looking for a bespoke product with a difference, we offer state-of-the-art CNC precision cutting services alongside a professional CAD design team to help bring your vision to life. These services are available for customers wanting to use their own design files (which can include .JPG silhouettes or .DXF files) or customers who require design help to achieve their product vision. Being situated in the heart of Shropshire just outside of Oswestry town centre, we can even offer one-to-one CNC consultancy for those in and around the region. If required, our in-house design team are able to vectorise your existing designs to enhance cut accuracy and are also able to create designs from scratch utilising your individual specifications and ideas. Whether for personal or commercial use, we love a challenge and are willing to consider any design ideas no matter how unique or different.
OUR CNC MACHINE
Our CNC machine is designed for mild steel precision cutting. Our standard services accommodate anything from 1mm-9mm plate thickness (or 18 gauge and below). Our standard cut sizes include anything up to 1250mm x 1250mm and under.
Additionally, our CNC studio is a fully accessible space and, if customers wish, they can watch their designs being cut out. For bulk quantities, we can offer a nesting service which enables us to maximise efficiency in raw material usage.
To complement our CNC services, we are able to offer a welding and engineering service as well as our blacksmith forge services to fully complete your desired design. We also offer a paint shop service and can finish your chosen metalwork in a custom RAL number and paint finish.
Please note, we are are only able to make bespoke products in a series of line. These include, fireguards and screens, weathervanes, house and number signs, hanging basket brackets and garden benches.
