In the rare event that a particular item should become unavailable after purchase, the customer will be offered a suitable alternative upon collection, or a full refund will be arranged. Collection from the British Ironwork Centre is preferred for all purchased clearance items. Ideally, collection needs be organised by the customer within one week of purchase. Prices may fluctuate depending on availability. Children and pets should not be left unattended around a fire or its apparatus.
