FAQs
Where do I collect the buggy?
Your buggy will be ready for collection at the concierge desk when you arrive for your time slot. Our team will provide a quick safety briefing, and give you a site map before you set off.
Can I arrive anytime during my booked slot?
Your buggy experience begins at your reserved time. For example if you have booked 11am – 11:40am, your time begins at 11am.
Day entry tickets will still need to be purchased as usual, meaning you can explore the park on foot, before and after your golf buggy slot!
Do I need a driving licence?
Yes. The driver must hold a full valid driving licence and be confident driving the buggy around the site.
Are dogs allowed on the buggies?
For safety purposes, dogs are not permitted on the golf buggies.
Can we stop for photos?
Absolutely! In fact we encourage it. The buggy makes it easy to reach some of the best photo spots across the sculpture park.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain usually doesn’t affect buggy hire, but if severe weather makes driving unsafe our team will help rearrange your booking where possible.
How long can I hire a safari buggy for?
Our slots last 40 minutes and you can book as many slots as you like! If you have booked consecutive time slots, you will not need to return the buggy between slots.
