What is the VAT Summer Savings promotion?
The VAT Summer Savings promotion is our way of helping families make the most of the summer holidays.
Following the UK Government’s temporary VAT reduction scheme, we’ve chosen to take part by passing the savings directly on to our guests through reduced admission prices for visits between 25th June and 1st September 2026.
By reducing ticket prices throughout the campaign period, we’re helping more families enjoy quality time together for less.
What can I expect when I arrive at the Ironworks?
We have several large carparks, all clearly signposted from the main driveway. During peak times, we often have helpful parking staff to ensure our parking procedures run smoothly.
Parking tickets can be purchased in advance, along with your entrance tickets here.
From the carpark, follow the signs for our Welcome Desk or head towards the Glasshouse in front of the building. Here you can purchase your tickets, or if you have booked online, simply show the QR code on your confirmation email to our friendly welcome desk staff to receive your entry wristband.
How do I book entrance tickets with a voucher or membership?
There’s no need to book, you can just turn up and show your vouchers/membership cards to our friendly front desk staff.
Can I stay all day with an Early Entrance discount ticket?
Absolutely! We offer a range of Early Bird Entry tickets, allowing guests to enter the park before designated times and enjoy the attractions during our quietest hours. These tickets include full-day admission, so visitors are welcome to stay and enjoy the park for the entire day.
Are you disability friendly?
We offer one free carer ticket with each full paying visitor (maximum one carer per person).
We aim to make our site as accessible as possible:
