What will the ice cave experience involve?

Our fabulous ice cave is a magical experience like no other. You will be greeted by Santa’s little elves who will be serving delicious treats such as warm mince pies, popcorn and mulled wine treats, this year will be presented like a ‘show’, amongst other guests where there will be songs and stories from Santa and Mrs Claus, a reading from the Naughty and Nice list and time to find out what gifts the children would like. It will have you giggling into your mulled wine, before having your festive digital photograph and a special visit to the Toy Cabin to collect your gift!

Will there be pancakes and ice cream like previous years?

Not this year as we like to keep every year unique, so this year will be something a little different and there be delicious treats on arrival too.

What sort of gifts will the children receive?

Our gifts are not wrapped, so children can pick whichever gift they like – we feel this is much better than having one given to you! We have a large range of gifts to choose from.

Do I need to book for another child if they are under 1yo?

Yes, we have gifts for under 1’s.

If adults don’t want mulled wine and mince pies, do they still have to pay?

Yes, adults will need to pay to attend the show.

Will it be set up like previous years where we are all in one room?

Yes, you and your children will be invited to watch the show with Mr and Mrs Clause which is also very interactive and funny, with a small audience per slot.
