You can buy tickets on the door, but we recommend booking online to guarantee your tickets!

Do we need to book for the Cafe?
No need to book! Please note we kindly request no picnics on site, as we rely on our café sales to help maintain our wonderful sculpture park.

Yes, in all outdoor spaces and outdoor café area!

Do I have to purchase an entry ticket?
Entrance and parking is FREE with each afternoon tea reservation.
Do you have a cancellation list?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a cancellation list at this time, if there is a cancellation then the timeslot will automatically become available again. Please keep checking back to see availability.
The booking system is only showing 1 available.
This means that we only have capacity for one person remaining at that timeslot. We cannot take bookings for one person, and we cannot extend this capacity to accommodate more people. Please select another timeslot with a higher capacity.
Can I book multiple types of afternoon teas?
Our booking system shows each afternoon tea available, simply select the options you want! You can find our full range of fabulous afternoon teas here!
Can I request different cakes or sandwich fillings?
Unfortunately our menu is a set menu, and we cannot make alterations, this includes sandwich fillings. If there’s an allergy or dietary requirement, you can add this to the checkout.
What do I do regarding allergies and dietary requirements?
If there’s an allergy or dietary requirement, you can add this to the checkout. We do try to cater for all allergen requirements, but cannot guarantee that our kitchen uses equipment that is contamination free. You can also find information on food allergens here.
My allergies and special requests aren’t showing on my booking confirmation?
Not to worry! If you added them on the checkout, they will be on our system, they just won’t show on your confirmation!
How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?
If you’re cancelling or rescheduling 48hr prior to your booking, you can do this directly from your booking confirmation email.
What if I’m running late for my booking?
Give us a call on 01691 610952 and we can try to help you!
Do you have high chairs/extra chairs available?
Yes we do – please add your request into the comments box on the checkout.
Can two people share one afternoon tea?
Our afternoon teas are sold per person. If you have leftovers you are more than welcome to take them home in our takeout boxes to enjoy later!
Can I buy an afternoon tea gift voucher?
Of course! Our afternoon tea vouchers are sent via e-mail. You first receive a standard order confirmation email, then the e-voucher(s) will follow.

I have a gift voucher – how do I book?
On the checkout there is a voucher code box, simply pop in the code from your gift voucher email!
What if my voucher is about to expire?
Our afternoon tea vouchers are valid for 12 months, unfortunately our system does not allow extensions so please be sure to book in as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
I haven’t received my order confirmation or QR codes – can you help?
Your order confirmation and QR codes are sent automatically in separate emails, as soon as you book with us. Please check your junk/spam folders; they have most likely arrived in here!
I want to book afternoon tea for tomorrow but the website won’t allow me to – can you help?
All afternoon teas must be booked 48 hours in advance to allow our cafe and kitchen to prepare.
Can I book in for cream tea with my vouchers?
You don’t need to book for a cream tea – just present your vouchers at our cafe till point!
