This is our personal company project specifically designed to say a HUGE national thank you to all frontline NHS COVID-19 (Coronavirus) workers, but with a special focus on the many thousands of UK nurses. During the worldwide pandemic, nurses and frontline workers have, in many cases, sacrificed their own lives to save ours – the ultimate sacrifice that any human being can offer his fellow man. This sculpture is going to be created using scrap and unwanted medical equipment from all UK hospitals. Presently, we have requests going out to all 1000 main UK hospital CEOs or trust committees, as well as 500 private UK hospitals. We are asking these hospitals to kindly donate and provide unwanted surgical or medical apparatus to assist with the materials needed to build this national “THANK YOU” statement. Once the design is finalised, we intend for the monument to travel to each hospital in the UK and stay for sufficient time for all NHS workers within the area to receive this most sincere and well deserved tribute – A National Thank You.

Currently, we are requesting feedback from the public to help refine and settle on a final design. Members of the British public are being invited to offer their suggestions and input over what has to represent the British people in a public display of love and endless gratitude.
