The British Heart Foundation Heart Sculptures have been designed to help the charity reach its 2025 funding goals. The British Heart Foundation have plans to roll the heart sculptures out nationally with the estimation that each heart can raise as much as £10,000.
The sculptures are designed to hold padlocks which supporting members can purchase for a small cost of £9.99. Each padlock will be heart-shaped and can be purchased to remember or pay respects to someone adversely affected by heart disease. The hearts can also be personalised, adding the name of a loved one affected.
This project could help raise thousands of pounds to support the crucial funding necessary to continue the British Heart Foundation’s important, life-changing work all across the UK. Members of the public have already demonstrated significant interest in purchasing a padlock as a heartfelt sentiment, a way to remember a lost loved one, and to simultaneously support the charity, ultimately saving lives.
The project will be initially piloted here at the British Ironwork Centre, with every chance the heart sculptures will then be placed in areas across the UK.
