Here at the British Ironwork Centre, we take pride in our location and want to help the local area and county as much as we can. This is why we jumped at the chance to help our local town, Oswestry, devise a revitalisation project to boost the town. The aim was to create stunning designs for the town, with a focus on uniting the local community and to promote pride in the town, as well as drawing in tourists to witness the beauty of Oswestry.

As well as creating stunning conceptual art for turning the current historic cattle market building into a family water park, we were also keen to provide funding for the project and provide any designs we could.
The following conception impressions were created over the last number of years to assist in providing some imaginative and inspirational ideas over Oswestry’s revitalisation. On a number of occasions, we have been asked to provide support over offering some alternative visions for the town and area in helping to encourage more visitors to Oswestry principally, but also to the wider area. This work has been done at no cost to the town and only with the best interests of the town at heart. To date, most, if not all, our ideas haven’t been embraced in the main. But we like to believe that certain elements have acted as kindling in sparking some minor changes. Whenever we can be of further or greater use, we are always happy to add additional ideas into the community melting pot for them to discuss. None of this has been done with any expectation of being consulted over bringing these concepts to reality.
