Are you dog friendly?
BIC

Yes! We have lots of walks, water stations and free dog treats on site. All we ask is that dogs remain on a lead and refrain from entering our indoor cafe or showroom. However we have plenty of outdoor seating and a garden room which you are welcome to use.

We also ask that any dog mess is cleared up and deposited in the bins which are situated around the site. We always prefer and advise that dogs are not left in cars alone.

Are you disability friendly?

We offer one free carer ticket with each full paying visitor (maximum one carer per person).

We aim to make our site as accessible as possible:

  • Most areas, including the car park and disabled spaces, are on firm, hard surfaces. Some areas of the car park are gravel.
  • Ramps and wide access routes are in place for wheelchair users.

Please note:

  • Some areas have uneven ground and are clearly signposted.
  • Grass areas can be difficult in wet weather. Wheelchair users are advised to stay on firm paths during these times.

Facilities and support:

  • Disabled toilet facilities are available.
  • A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge.
  • Golf buggies are available for hire at an additional cost.
