Volkswagen Meet

We are happy to welcome the WVVW club to the British Ironworks!

The WVVW is a Wolverhampton based Volkswagen Owners Club that was established in 2019. Originally expected to attract a few members for local get togethers, the group now has over 4,000 members from across the UK and beyond. They are a family friendly group that welcomes Volkswagens old and now, air and water cooled, cars and campers; In fact, you don’t even need to own a Volkswagen to be greeted with open arms and friendly faces. They hold regular meets attracting 100+ dubs as well as taking over whole campsites for weekends at a time. This year, they are also hosting thier own little show called Dubs at the Bush and hope it is something they can make bigger and better in years to come. They support a charity called When You Wish Upon a Star which makes dreams come true for children with life threatening illnesses and are always looking at fun new ways to combine thier love for Volkswagens with helping others.
