Gates will be opening at 5pm with the official show starting at 6pm sharp, so if you want to get your picnic all set up with plenty of time to spare then do make sure you’re here before 5:15pm!

Please ensure that you print off your Eventbrite ticket or have it to view on your phone or tablet at the gates. Tickets will be scanned and checked before you can enter.

Although we have some seating available, it will be limited so we recommend you bring along your own folding seating.

Gazebo’s are accepted but will reside in the designated gazebo section so as nobody’s view is obstructed. Our event marshals will guide you to the relevant section upon arrival.

Please bring along your own picnic! You are allowed to bring your own alcoholic drinks but not excessive amounts.

We have on-site catering should you want something warm to eat including our own chef’s specials (they are cooking up a delicious curry), and something a little sweeter such as handmade crepes will also be available. For those who are looking for something a little fancy, ‘The Fizz Queen’ will be creating some fantastic cocktails and serving bubbly flutes of prosecco.

The show finishes circa 9.10pm with a grand fireworks finale. Any attendees with sensitive eyes can you please ensure you stay inside the café should be concerned, or eye protection to be worn. 

The site is open until 10pm to allow you some time to pack up your bits and bobs, but please make sure that you exit the site safely.
