You can buy tickets on the door, but we recommend booking online to guarantee your tickets!

One free child ticket with every paying adult ticket, any additional children are charged at £5.00

Do we need to book for the Cafe?
No need to book! Please note we kindly request no picnics on site, as we rely on our café sales to help maintain our wonderful sculpture park.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, in all outdoor spaces and outdoor café area!
What do you love most about your visits here!? Whether you’re a professional photographer or someone who just enjoys capturing family memories at every opportunity, we want to see the best pictures from your visits here at the Ironworks! We see hundreds of families visit us each and every week and would love to see more of your best moments captured behind the lens. No matter your photography background, we are encouraging everyone to get involved so please don’t shy away if this sounds like something that you’d love to take part in.
Pictures can include your favourite sculpture, best Forge Café meal or ice-cream, funniest moment or most-loved showroom display, but can include absolutely anything that you enjoy doing, seeing or eating at the Centre. Just make sure your family is included or represented in the photograph!
A competition winner will be announced each week and will receive a cream tea voucher, which can be enjoyed in our Forge Café during their next visit here. To enter the competition, all you have to do is take a picture (or two) and post it on social media using this hashtag: #IronworksFamilyPhotoChallenge. Don’t forget to follow us and tag us @britishironworkcentre on Instagram and Facebook! There is no limit to the number of pictures you can submit each week, just don’t forget to include the hashtag in your post otherwise we won’t be able to see your entries.
Private account entries will not be considered as we will be unable to view them. Please make sure your account settings allow us to view your pictures for the duration of your entry week or period.
Winners will be announced on our social media pages every week. You will be asked to direct message us so that we can organise getting your prize to you. Please look out for our announcements to ensure you don’t miss out! This photograph challenge will only run for the year of 2021, with 52 winners across the year.
All entered photographs will remain the photographer’s creative property however, the British Ironwork Centre will hold the rights to distribute the photos on their social media and/or website.
