Do we need to book for the Cafe?
No need to book! Please note we kindly request no picnics on site, as we rely on our café sales to help maintain our wonderful sculpture park.

Yes, in all outdoor spaces and outdoor café area!
Prepare yourselves for a magical interactive experience, as Santa, Mrs Claus, and their jolly band of elves sprinkle a little North Pole magic right here at the British Ironwork Centre!
Step into our twinkling Winter Wonderland, where you’ll be welcomed into a world full of snowy surprises, joyful jingles, and heartwarming tales. Santa and Mrs Claus will be wrapped up in cosy cheer, ready to sing, laugh, and share stories with bright-eyed guests of all ages.
Here’s what awaits you during this 45-minute festive adventure;
-Be greeted by Santa’s cheerful elves bearing tasty mince pies, delicious popcorn, and warm mulled wine for the grown-ups
-Enjoy festive songs, magical storytelling, and a special reading from Santa’s legendary Naughty & Nice list
-Gather together for a family photo with Santa, then follow our elf to the Toy Shop where a special gift awaits every child!
So wrap up warm, bring your festive sparkle, and prepare for a joyful journey full of laughter, magic, and Christmas cheer.
Up to two adults may enter the winter wonderland with each child grotto ticket. The adult ticket contains your paid Day Entry ticket + free entry to the grotto. Parking is FREE with Grotto Admission.
Babies under 6 months can have free entry to the grotto as long as they are attending with another child who has a ticket, however we are unable to provide babies a gift. If there is only one baby under 6 months attending with an adult, a child’s grotto ticket would need to be purchased.

Dates include 6th December, 13th December, 20th December & 21st December.
The centre will open at 8.30am during these days, please arrive at the winter wonderland 15 minutes prior to your booking.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Adult tickets cannot be purchased without a child ticket.
Adults tickets are limited to two per child ticket purchased.
Adults may not enter the grotto without a ‘Day Entry Ticket + Grotto Admission’
Ironworks Members must reserve a free ‘Members Ticket’. (Membership cards must be shown on entrance.)
