You can buy tickets on the door, but we recommend booking online to guarantee your tickets!

Do we need to book for the Cafe?
No need to book! Please note we kindly request no picnics on site, as we rely on our café sales to help maintain our wonderful sculpture park.

How do I receive my membership?
Your membership will automatically be emailed to you with a QR code to be scanned each time you arrive.
I forgot to bring my phone/QR code!
Not to worry! You can give your name to our front desk and they will find you on our system.
What is priority entrance?
Occasionally on peak days, the Ironworks will reach capacity, resulting in us pausing our ticket sales. If you are a member, entrance is always guaranteed!
Do I have to pre-book entrance tickets?
No need! Just turn up and scan your QR code!
My order confirmation email doesn’t contain my barcode?
You will receive an order confirmation email, shortly followed by a ‘Provide Membership Details’ email. Once you have registered your information, your full membership QR code email will follow!
Do I have to provide membership details?
Yes – this is how your membership is activated! Until you register your details, your membership will be ‘Pending’ and not active.
How do I cancel my membership?
There’s no need to cancel, your membership will automatically expire after one year. You can renew for a reduced price if your membership has expired within 3 months!
