  2. Remembrance Sunday

    There was fantastic turn out in Oswestry yesterday for the Remembrance parade. It was phenomenal to see the support from the town and just how many groups and organisations involved. Veterans, Scouts, Brownies, Guides the Cadets were just a few who were included in the parade.

  3. Ellesmere College

    Ellesmere College students visited on a blustery Saturday this weekend. The College want to make regular visits to our site so the students get to learn about metalworking and how a bit of imagination can go a long way. It was great to have them here and we look forward to their next visit.

  4. Educational development services

    We had The educational development services group in this week for a tour of the Ironworks. The group, from Shrewsbury enjoyed a blacksmith demonstration and got a sneak peek at how the knife angel is coming along. They really enjoyed their visit and here they are with Kenny, our Tour Guide.

    We have a delicious range of cakes on offer in our showroom! Every Flavour is covered from Rolo toffee cake to Dandelion and Burdock cake. Our cafe is growing, we are now serving delicious hot pastries and warm soup, perfect pick me ups for a cold and blustery day.

    We are supporting another local business, The Old Coffee Pot. Come and try this delicious Lemon Meringue pie homemade by The old coffee pot. We have had a taste and it's delicious!! Darren brought it over yesterday and we haven't been able to keep our eyes off it.

  7. Knife Bank Wolverhamton

    Here is a photo of the newest knife bank to be put in place in the West Midlands. The knife bank has been installed in at the Morrisons store in Bilston, Wolverhampton. West Midlands Policehave overseen the installation and was installed by Bilston East Neighbourhood team. We continue to be overwhelmed by the amount of support we have had from police forces across the country.   8. Pumpkin Carving

    We had Alfie bradley sculptor pumpkin carving at our Halloween Trick or treat event. He carved so many pumpkins, but this one we think is the best. This is Ade, our go to man for anything. He helps with deliveries and any job that needs doing, Ade's the man. You can really see the likeness!

    Rosemarie Seller from Walford and North Shropshire College visited today with one of her students. They came to speak to Alfie bradley sculptor about the Knife angel and actually see it in the flesh. Alfie showed them the different types of weapons that have been collected through the amnesty so far.

  10. Rotary club of Ironbridge

    Rotary Club of Ironbridge paid us a visit recently to have a tour of the Ironworks. They enjoyed refreshments in our cafe, A blacksmith demonstration and got a preview of the 'Knife Angel' in Alfie's workshop. It was a pleasure having the club here and hope they can come and see us again soon.
