Whether you’re looking to spruce up your home with a unique box, or are looking for a beautiful, high-quality gift for someone special, we’ve got you covered.
Our graphics team will create your design to perfectly fit the box of your choice. We then hand-cut the vinyl, and our experienced sign writing team apply it carefully to your box.

How many letters and numbers can I have on my letterbox?
We want to create something that you’ll love for years to come, so we will try to accommodate your wishes as best we can. Some of our boxes are smaller than others, but our talented graphic design team will ensure that your customisation is executed to the highest standard.
Can I choose any font I like?
We have a broad range of fonts to choose from, but if there is something else that you would like, please get in touch with us and we can look into it for you. Sometimes, we will recommend a certain font for a certain sized box to increase the visibility and clarity of the personalisation, and some boxes are available with a limited range of fonts due to their size or design. The fonts will be listed on the individual products, but please call us if you have any questions or queries.
What colour lettering can I have?
On most of our boxes, you may choose between black, gold, white, silver or green. If you would like a different colour, please get in touch with us to discuss availability.
Will you use paint instead of vinyl?
We don’t offer a paint service. We’ve got years of experience in the post box personalisation business, and we’ve found that the high-quality vinyl we use gives a cleaner, longer-lasting result.
Is there a cost?
Due to extra material and labour costs, there is an additional charge if you’d like to add a personalisation onto your box. For a more intricate design or layout, we may outsource your design to an external specialist firm. The standard charge for this service is £50, but if this is required, we will let you know well in advance.

What if I need to change my personalisation?
If you need to change your personalisation after the time of order, we need to know as soon as possible. Any further changes will incur a £10.00 charge to cover extra material and labour costs. We strongly suggest that you ensure your personalisation is correct on your order confirmation.
How long will it take to personalise my post box?
It usually takes around three to five working days for us to create, approve and apply your design. Please note, if you’re ordering your post box with a lead time, the personalisation will add another three to five days onto this. For example, if you’re ordering a box with a two week lead time, please allow for up to three weeks for completion.
How do I order my personalised post box?
Simply call us on 01691 610952 with the product code of the post box you'd like to order along with the name and colour of the font you'd like. We are open from 9am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm on Friday.
