Police were called to attend the site early morning, as we had received over 3,000 visitors in just 2 hours.
A bitter decision had to be made and in order to keep everybody safe, the centre has been closed to all visitors now arriving.
We have ensured that everyone is compensated thoroughly for the inconvenience, we did not anticipate such a surge of attendance over such a small period of time. We only ever want to provide lovely experiences and completely recognise that on this occasion we had let so many people down.
We will make sure that we make amends to all those who had tickets and were planning to attend on Tuesday. Thank you kindly from the centre family. More updates to follow soon.
