The Knife Angel is continuing its National Youth Anti-Violence Educational Tour programme moving closer to home traveling from Maidstone in Kent and will now be residing in Wrexham, North Wales until November 2022. The sculpture aims to spread awareness of the catastrophic impact that knife crime has within our communities.
The 27 feet tall sculpture made of knives and weapons, collected from 43 police constabularies in the UK, will be unveiled on Friday 7th October outside of the Town Hall. Here at the British Ironworks, home to the knife angel, we hope that the striking sculpture will hit a hard message to the youth community educating in anti-violent behaviour.
