New standard bearer for the Royal British Legion
We were delighted to host the Royal British Legion - Oswestry branch here recently.
William Simpson was announced as the new standard bearer for the Oswestry branch and branch chairman, David Cooper, couldn't be more thrilled with this new addition.
William is a member of the combined cadet force at Oswestry school and has been involved with the scouts in Baschurch. He is really pleased to now be involved with the Royal British legion and wants more young people to be involved.
We are keen to help and facilitate the legion in anyway possible to
encourage recruitment and support for the charity, it's very close to our hearts.
