Fron Choir Support the Anti-Knife Crime Initiative

National Anti-Knife Campaign

A world-renowned male voice choir has lent its whole-hearted support to the national anti-knife crime initiative.

The award-winning Froncysyllte Male Voice Choir approached the British Ironwork Centre having learned of the “Save a Life, Surrender Your Knife” campaign and had been moved to offer their assistance.

The Classical Brit Award Nominees met with the Centre’s Chairman, Clive Knowles, who was bowled over with the Choir’s suggestions.

Mr Knowles said “The Choir have offered us quite remarkable support – above and beyond any expectations we could have possibly had.  They have kindly offered to make an announcement during their concert on November 8th at William Aston Hall, Wrexham, to raise awareness of the campaign, and to pay tribute to the wonderful group of mothers who are bravely backing the initiative having so tragically lost their sons to knife crime.”

“We are indebted to the Choir and extremely grateful that they have chosen to utilise their wonderful talent to support and raise awareness of the campaign.”
