This week is going to be a busy week for collections from across the country. On Tuesday we will be heading down to London Metropolitan Policeheadquarters to pick up knives and weapons which have been collected across the city. Yet another positive step forward. All thanks to the help from the Met police. Hoping our aim to catch the attention of the mayor of London will be that bit more prominent after this collection.

We have had Alyssa D'Souza from The Marches School here this week carrying out her work experience. She has been working in our Cafe and Showroom learning about the hospitality and retail side of things. Alyssa has liked to keep herself busy and used initiative whilst working here. Wayne Aston, our catering manager presented Alyssa with this Introduction to careers certificate for all of her hard work. Well done Alyssa!!

Dave and Simon from West Mercia Police popped in today to put into place the final preparations for their knife/amnesty surrender. They were here to finalise numbers and dates and even got to meet the sculptor, Alfie Bradley, and see the work of art which their support is helping to create. They wanted to show their up most support by posing with our#BorisPleaseHelpUS campaign slogan board.

We are extremely sad today to see the fantastic sculptures by Peter Walker Sculptor leaving our sculpture park soon. They are moving on to the next place on their tour, Burghley Sculpture park, Lincolnshire. We wish them a safe journey and have loved having them on display in our sculpture park. Thankfully not all of Peter's work is leaving us though, his two giant horse sculptures will still be here a little while longer.
