Further Information
The price of the blacksmithing experience includes tuition and all the materials and equipment needed to construct your item.  We aim to tailor each lesson around an individual’s skillset, experience level and goals of the day.  One can learn the basics of the blacksmithing craft before being put to the test and creating their very own piece. Depending on which session you choose, you can make items such as coat hooks, fireside pokers or toasting forks, however the possibilities are truly endless as long as it fits within the time frame.

Once a session has been purchased, a confirmation email will be sent detailing your order number. Simply email us at info@britishironworkcentre.co.uk or call us on 0800 6888 386 to book your preferred date and timeslot. Please note, all experiences must be booked with us before arrival and dates are dependent on the schedule of our resident blacksmith. Missed experience sessions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  Each experience will be held with a maximum of two people per session and grouped depending on experience levels and skills.

Before arriving on your selected date, please ensure you bring with you your confirmation email as this will act as your ticket.  If you are purchasing any of our experiences as a gift, a voucher can be collected in our showroom using your email as proof of purchase.

Upon arrival you will be asked to sign a waiver form for health and safety purposes as you will be working in a genuine blacksmithing forge.
