 Cleaner & Hygiene Person 

Part time or full time hours avilable.

The role includes(but not limited to):

  • Maintain areas of general public and business use to a high standard of cleanliness
  • To work in a health and safety conscious manner
  • General cleaning duties - general multitasking
  • Routine weekend work and other duties in line with your job title
  • Supporting the business in a range of extracurricular activities and promotions when required
  • Show support by adapting to the needs of the business as required.

Copywriter & Office Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced 'Copywriter & Office Administrator' to join our award winning team in Oswestry, Shropshire.

Knowledge of household hardware and an interest in DIY desirable but not essential simply due to the nature of the content required.

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Creating interesting, well researched content for all new product listings with an objective of enhancing user experience and search engine positioning
  • Assisting with online copywriting for a portfolio of websites including blog posts and articles
  • Many forms of research and marketing - including link building, SEO, Social Media
  • Maintaining product listings ensuring they're accurate and priced correctly enhancing all listings where possible
  • Managing customer queries both online, face to face and by telephone
  • General office/sales administration

The ideal candidate will be from an English or Journalism studies background and must have an enthusiastic & energetic approach.

Digital Marketing Executive 

Experience not essential as in-depth training will be given.

The role will include but not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of websites, responsible for traffic, revenue, conversion and user experience
  • Many forms of digital marketing - inc link building, SEO, Social Media
  • Managing the product inventory and seller reputation for your online market places
  • Researching and creating compelling content to enhance customer experience and search engine positioning
  • Listing/editing products - identifying key product features
  • Maintaining your product listings ensuring they're accurate and priced correctly enhancing all listings where possible
  • Managing customer queries both online, face to face and by telephone
  • Negotiating terms, sale prices and orders. Inputting orders to the system and updating product inventory levels
  • Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on products and buying trends
  • Representing our business on site, at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Recording statistics and meeting key performance targets
  • Solving customer issues and trouble shooting, supporting other team members in resolving issues.
  • General office/sales administration

The ideal candidate must have an enthusiastic & energetic approach.
