Product Overview

Come join us for this magical encounter with Santa and Mrs Claus!

We are very excited to let you in on a little secret, Santa, Mrs Claus and his trusty elves will be visiting us here at the Centre from the 27th November to Wednesday 22nd December.

They will be greeting you from inside the enchanted forest,  a magical experience like no other. You will be greeted by Santa's little elves who will be serving delicious treats such as warm mince pies & popcorn and mulled wine treats, there will be songs and stories from Santa and Mrs Claus, plus a reading from the Naughty and Nice list! It will have you giggling into your mulled wine, before having your festive digital photograph and a special visit to the Toy workshop to collect your gift!

Each child will also receive a golden ticket as part of your experience to use in the Forge café, this is to be redeemed prior to meeting Santa to help get you into the festive spirit.

The Centre will open at 9am during Grotto days, we request that all slots after 9.30am arrive a minimum of 1 hour prior to your Grotto booking and visit the Café to redeem your Golden Ticket prior to the experience. Please note the last Slot of the day will not have the opportunity to redeem within the café following their experience, only prior due to centre closing times.

The performances will start in November and be held throughout December, on the following dates:

 Saturday 27th  November & Sunday 28th November
Saturday 4th December & Sunday 5th December
Saturday 11th  December & Sunday 12th December
Saturday 18th   December & Sunday 19th December
Monday 20th,  Tuesday 21st, and Wednesday 22nd December

On Friday 3rd and Friday 10th December, we will have a very special Santa encounter for under 4's! This includes the above, just tailored for the littler ones.

Child Tickets: £9.50 per child. Adult Tickets: £3 per adult.

Our showroom and display areas have thousands of products available to see, however we cannot guarantee that every product shown on the website is available to view in store. If there is something specific you would like to see, please call 0800 6888 386 and we will advise on viewing availability.
Made to order items will require their assigned lead time and may not be available for viewing.

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery is curbside only.

During the busiest times of year (i.e. Christmas) this may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to contact or inform you whenever any items fall outside this 7-10 working day range or if an item becomes unavailable, due to another local works or artist for which we rely upon them for all or component parts of a product.

Christmas Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch all goods ordered before our annual Christmas shut down on the 23rd of December 2019. For made/prepared to order items, please allow an extended 2-week lead time due to the works Christmas shutdown.

For all regular orders placed after the 15th December, it is difficult to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. We do rely on national couriers to deliver to our customers and this process is normally completed within 48 hours of dispatch. Please note that couriers can experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

We may rely on local works to supply or create certain items and this can, at times, cause unexpected delays which are outside of our control. Any potential delay will be advertised with an approximate lead time on our website. Failing this, our customer service team will be in touch at the earliest opportunity to advise any delays or alternatives that are immediately available.

All orders received after the 23rd of December will be processed after the 4th January 2020, including those with Next Day Delivery.

Returns Information



Changed Your Mind – Don’t worry.

If you change your mind about the product you’ve purchased, don’t worry you have 14 days to return the product to us without question. Please just ensure that the goods are returned safely and in a resalable condition, we recommend using a tracked delivery service. For customers outside of the European Union goods can only be returned if faulty.

Faulty Goods

If your goods arrived damaged or only in part, please sign for the goods as “damaged”. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please carefully re-pack the goods, in their original packaging, or packaging of a suitable nature as to fully protect the goods on their return journey to us. Once the goods arrive safely back with us, they will be inspected and if found to be either damaged or faulty you will be offered a replacement or refund.

Bespoke & Made to Order Goods

Due to the nature of Bespoke and Made to Order Goods, we are not able to accept returns as these may have been manufactured especially for you. Where local works or artists have been used, these too may not accept returns as the item may have been especially prepared for you. In some circumstances, works and artists may hold stock and so returns may be accepted on a case by case basis. Made to Order incorporates both products and raw material which is made for you or ordered for you
