Book now to avoid disappointment, a fantastic event for the whole family, now in it’s fourth consecutive year.

A spectacular evening like no other filled with excellent music from the Wrexham Symphony Orchestra, wonderful food, fireworks and a whole heap of fun for every member of the family!

Beautifully set within 100 acres of parkland right here at the Ironworks, the annual Proms in the Park event is certainly one of the most fabulous music events in the Borderlands. A whole family evening featuring top-class music from radio, TV, films and history, this event promises something special for every single attendee. Whether you’re a lover of classical music or a bit of a film fanatic, Proms in the Park 2020 has been specifically designed to be enjoyed by you all!

We welcome you to bring a delicious picnic, cosy blankets, and comfy seating. We also allow personal gazebos, but these must be set up at the rear of the crowd to ensure that everyone can get a great view of the stage! As part of the evening, delicious treats will be served including a very British strawberries and cream sundae. The Forge Café will also be open all evening for those that fancy hot drinks or something sweet to really heighten their Proms experience.

All proceeds collected on the night are in aid of a selected charity, underpinning the Ironworks’ charitable support.

The family ticket contains 2 x adult tickets and 2 child tickets.

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

Free Next Day & Next Day Delivery

We will make every effort to ensure that your item is dispatched and delivered next day. This will happen 99.9% of the time. Occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control i.e. raw material supplies, labour, courier breakdown etc. The next day delivery may not occur. We cannot take responsibility where this is not been achieved, but will make every effort to ensure your item reaches you as quickly as possible. This service only applies to non-bespoke items requiring no specialist work and for delivery addresses within mainland UK excluding Ireland, highlands and Islands. Orders must be received before 2pm. We recommend waiting until your item has arrived before arranging tradespersons. Orders that are placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders that are placed on a weekend will not qualify for free next day delivery. Please note: Black Country Metal Works do not operate on bank holidays and seasonal holidays.

Products with a Made to Order lead time will be dispatched on a next day delivery service as soon as the product is ready. Lighting products may require a lead time to produce and will also be sent on a next day service where available as soon as the product is ready.

Returns Information



Changed Your Mind – Don’t worry.

If you change your mind about the product you’ve purchased, don’t worry you have 14 days to return the product to us without question. Please just ensure that the goods are returned safely and in a resalable condition, we recommend using a tracked delivery service. For customers outside of the European Union goods can only be returned if faulty.

Faulty Goods

If your goods arrived damaged or only in part, please sign for the goods as “damaged”. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please carefully re-pack the goods, in their original packaging, or packaging of a suitable nature as to fully protect the goods on their return journey to us. Once the goods arrive safely back with us, they will be inspected and if found to be either damaged or faulty you will be offered a replacement or refund.

Bespoke & Made to Order Goods

Due to the nature of Bespoke and Made to Order Goods, we are not able to accept returns as these may have been manufactured especially for you. Where local works or artists have been used, these too may not accept returns as the item may have been especially prepared for you. In some circumstances, works and artists may hold stock and so returns may be accepted on a case by case basis. Made to Order incorporates both products and raw material which is made for you or ordered for you
